I was looking for something inspirational outside of the usual tarot/oracle type cards to help put me in a more positive state of mind as I've been in a slump lately. These cards were perfect. A friend was going through a difficult time and I had the inspiration to draw a card for her emailed her what was written on the front and the back of the card. She was so thrilled as she felt it was perfect for her situation and printed it out so she could look at it in her cubicle. Hay House has produced some great products and I love their positive outlook. I draw a card daily to start off my day or meditate on what's written on the card. It's really been a wonderful addition and pick me up to start off my day.

Omg they're so cute. I love the size and the package is amazing too. They have a description on the back which is also fun and colorful. Got these as a gift for my sister but I told her I would keep them for safe keeping hahaha she couldn't help but laugh.

These cards are delightful. I am wary of new-age platitudes, but there is some real substance in this deck. Each card has a short take-away thought on one side, an "affirmation at a glance," if you will. But when you flip it over, you find further elaboration to help you personalize the concept's meaning or amplify it into a healing meditation. Cards addressing specific issues--like body image, home, job/income, age, health, etc.--appear to be the most helpful. They are of good quality, sturdy and shiny like playing cards. The text alternates between printing and cursive script. Five artists decorated them with bright, cheerful colors and appropriate scenes. (However, almost no men or persons of color are shown.) A small hinged box is included for easy storage. As a psychologist, I would feel comfortable using this set with my adult patients. There are no dark scenes or strong language that might act as upsetting triggers in reviewing one's past. And I immediately picked out about ten cards for my own use because I liked them so well. Job well done, Louise!

I love these cards! They are thick, have a shiny surface so you could easily wipe them off, they are double sided. One side with a beautiful short affirmation, and then a longer one on the back. Just what I needed.

Beautiful cards and of good quality. The affirmations are all perfectly written. My only wish is that there were a few more affirmations for those of us in our senior years who may not be thinking about finding relationships or starting a career or making making tons of money. Instead we are working on healthy existing relationships, caretaking, financial stability, health issues, and aging stigmas. That's it! Louise could make a whole new deck just for us aging Boomers who are looking at "maturity" in new ways.

I have had lots of cards over the years but you can't go wrong with Louise Hay. I drew a card the other day that said "when you say yes to life, life says yes to you". It struck a cord in all sorts of directions for me. Like letting go of negativity. Like being positive. Like focusing on life (and not death...I am a nurse and see a lot of death). These little caveats resonate with me and give me just what I need when I need it.

These card ROCK!!!!!! I use them for therapeutic and yoga groups that I led. It is super amazing when someone picks up a card and later shares with me, "this spoke to me right now." Louise Hay does a great job of providing little mantra and encouragement in these cards. Great for mindfulness and empowerment with groups or self. I would recommend to anyone, thanks.

These cards are a part of my daily spiritual practice.I have gifted them to dozens of people....grateful responses as people incorporate them into their daily lives.I shuffle and ask what my message for the day is.If the same card shows up repeatedly I know I need to pay attention! Can't say enough about these Power Thought Cards 😊

I have them sitting in my desk and I give them out to friends or family it one of them speaks to me about a situation that someone might be in. Wonderful art and words.
