I'm renting a used version now for a class but it came looking brand new like not a single mark or anything pretty impressed
Bought a new book, it came in brand new as expected and shipping was very fast I ordered it on Friday evening and received it Tuesday Morning. I'm so happy with the results, I was kind of scared to order online because this was my first time, but it turned out really great. 😊😊
Very annoying. They sent Understanding Pharmacology for Health Professionals. The bar code on the back says McCurnin's Clinical Textbook for Vet Techs, so that's why this happened. But that should have been caught by someone because the book looks completely different and is a soft cover.
Book is fantastic - ended up buying the physical text because this e-book version is easily the worst I've ever used. After you get about 50 or so pages in the pages are no longer centered on the screen, and even further in you end up looking at the right half of one page, a gap, and the left hand side of the next page. Horrible. And there seems to be no way to fix it... Perhaps it could be the apps fault - but I have updated it since I bought this ebook and it hasn't changed a thing.Either way, it's quite a shame, because the book is fantastic, seems to be used by a lot of Vet Tech programs, and could have been a really great resource.
This book has a little bit of everything you need to understand the multifaceted world of veterinary medicine (from a tech's perspective). While it doesn't good too in-depth into any one topic, it is a great beginner's guide or refresher for the established tech. This is a major help when studying for the VTNE.
At school this book runs for $135 and a used one about $101. For a new one at a price of $83 is the best. Got my package today after ordering last night and it's in a plastic wrapping to show its brand new. Totally satisfied with this order!
This book was required for most of my classes in the vet tech program I was in. It has a ton of useful information, tables, charts, vocab, etc. Would definitely recommend it for anyone in a tech program...I sold a number of my books either to students in the class behind me or back to Amazon, but this is one I will keep forever.
I got this book for my daughter who wants to be a Vet in the future. It look like it comtains alot of good information she can learn.
